My Story- Carey
This is the first story i've been attempting lately.
And I'd really love some criticism.
Thank You

Title: Carey
Rating: PG15, I think.
SummaryIt's hard work being stuck between rivaling supernatural forces when you have low self-esteem and also being told that you have the shittiest blood in the World.

Between The Bars
I'm in need of help with critisism on a book I am writing about my life.
The book title is probably going to be "Between the bars" after one of my favourite songs by Elliott Smith.
I am only 19, but still, I've been through many strange and unusual events that might make a book about my life interesting.
Haven't gotten far on the book yet, but if you're interesting and good at giving response, please do comment and add me on this user.
Thank you for any help.

My book "Archangelo"

I had rounded the corner of the museum and my eyes caught his tall slender figure in a narrow ally.  His body was hunched over looking at something.  He’s eyes were wide and the gold tint glowed unnaturally like nothing I had ever seen before.  His lips were drawn back and his teeth were showing as he sniffed around look for something as if he were a cat hunting out a mouse. He wasn’t as beautiful as I remembered him in the museum when he was in this state.  As I moved to the left a little to get a better look at him my eyes fell on the object he had been focused on.  It was a little thing hidden behind the dumpster but I couldn’t quiet make it out.  As I took a step closer to examine what it was my heart sank as I could now make out the figure.  It was the little girl who my mother and I had been on the tour bus with earlier that day.  She had sat right next to me and my mother on the way home on the bus.  She was the little girl that had shivered at the breeze as it passed through her hair on the top of the bus.  I gave her my scarf to wear but I had forgotten about it until I saw it laying on the ground beside her.  I stared at her, praying that she would speak, move, smile but she did nothing.  Her long blond curly hair was tousled around her little shoulders.  She had to be no more then five years old and now her life had ended without even beginning.  Where was her parents to protect her?  Why was she alone?  Did Angel do this?  Something bothered me about this picture though.  Angel got to his knees besides her and lifted her lifeless body to him.  Her arms swung there like a branch of a tree swaying in the wind.  Her head slowly fell back from the rest of her body with little resistance.  Her brought the little girls body to his and I saw him embrace it in a hug.  He brushed her hair back from her face and I swore I could see I tear glisten down his face as the street light curved around the corner of the ally.

I was frightened by this image as it dawned on me that this beautiful innocent little girl was dead, by which means I did not know.

death in the family

My muse come’s and goes

While creatures walk along thickets of wet muddy green

Vines dangle off power lines

I have a wish to swing from one like Tarzan

In my dreams I would not be harmed

But I do not dream

Long empty Sunday roads

Yellow triangle, “death in the family” signs

I don’t know what happened to their baby

I don’t want to know

I’m writing a story about it

Mists come and go from darlings pictures

People in cars smoking cigarettes

Don’t see their loved ones sitting next to them

They would not want to

Eyes set in the back of their skulls

Hair falling off in tiny, brittle fragments

Barely held on by rosy peeling skin

No lips and bared teeth

No eyelids, tearless glistening eye's moisture

Let me sugar coat it for you

Everything is ok

Lets all believe in happy Saturdays

Swimming pools of endless summers

No cold, Hawaiian romance

Caribbean dreams

here is a revised version of the same story i posted earlier.

the year 2007 the place Rome Italy. its around oh i don't know 2:00 its cloudy. the clouds look like ice cream cones. (you can say they look like what ever you want to me they look like ice cream cones.) The sun peaks in and out of the clouds like a child playing hide and seek. the streets are crowded with tourists going from shop to shop like cattle going to the slaughter. it is sickening how tourists spend their money on trinkets that their friends may or may not put out for other people to see. Forgive me i forgot my manners. My name is Kyle. i am male i live alone and i drink blood for diner and well all the time i guess. i am walking the streets of Rome nothing better to do on a Monday afternoon. nothing happening in the underworld at this point. my Friend Kat is off on one of her adventures. don't ask me where she goes she won't tell me.
I don't know why i bother sometimes to tell all of this. you already knew i was a vampire. My friends handy work. that is all i am going to say for now.. So i don't always say much about what happened to me or why it hapened. I know why in my one moment of weakness i asked for this. I aksed to become a vampire. i find a bench that is not occupied by the cattle i mean tourrists i meant to say tourrists you know that don't you? good. i sit tis by a foundtain. one of many don't ask me about how many fountains are in rome i don't know. I don't care how many fountains are in rome its not my problem to count the fucking things. There is a new smell in the air don't ask me about the smell i don't want to describe it if i do i will throw up my last meal and since i am a vampire that won't be much.
I don't usually come out but as its cloudy i decided instead of brooding the day away like i usually do while my friend is gone. i came out to see the the cattle i mean people are doing. It is hard to be me and yet not be me. don't ask me to explain that you are human so i don't have to explain it to you. you are nothing but food i mean forget it i meant food.

A little help?
I do apologize if your eyes crosses this exact entry more than once. I don't believe i have quite mastered the livejournal other than knowing my rough intentions in mind and well, trying the best i can to achieve it ^_^;;

I am a student from Monash University and in my Feature Writing Class, we were asked to prepare a News Feature on a topic of choice. Well, that combined with my current interest with fanfiction, i thought it perfect to write a piece on fanfic writers. I think i have read some interesting stories of fanfic writers via their brief author's notes and wish to go indepth with the subject.

One of the stories i've read was written by a dyslexic woman and another was a grade school teacher supporting yaoi ^_^;;. Writers who are unfamiliar with a foreign language but chose to write and pursue their ideas for the sake of fanfiction.

If you have a story to tell of your experience with fanfiction and wish me to interview you, please drop me a line. If there be a way for me to contact either of the above, please let me know as well.

On an offside, who would you consider to be the most well-known writer in the fanfic-verse?

A reply, any reply would be nice.
Many apologies once again and~

P.S. Just pushing this in the clear, if you do not wish to be named and remain anonymous, i would be more than happy to arrange it.
P.P.S. If you live in Malaysia and you're willing to be interviewed, drop me a line at the e-mail as well.

A little ditty I wrote...
I wrote this as a history for a character I have on a roleplaying site. I was wondering if I could get some feedback on it. The story is told in my character's words, but through the point of view of another, completely unsympathetic, character.

Any comments (as long as they aren't unnecessarily mean...) would be very much appreciated.

Just Words
Heya. I'm new, but I thought I'd post a little ditty I wrote. It's kind of my answer to the fairytale, happily ever after endings so many things have. Anyway, tell me what you think. I love constructive criticism.

another poem

True blue heroes
Come once in a life time
People don't always see them
But it all depends.

Life is short or long
Some see the glass as half empty
Others see it half full
It all depends on how you see it

Perception changes like the wind
How do you see things?
How do you see me?
Shrek said he has layers.

Onions have layers
I have layers like the onion
But I see the Glass half full
How do you see the Glass?

Half empty or half full?
You tell me cause i will not tell you.

in this poem there is nothing dark and a movie reference so enjoy if not oh well.

dark poem
if you do not like blood guts or gore please don't read i know some of you do but those who are squemish please don't read this poem.

Cold steel meets cold steel.
it is happening in a flash
the quiet town awakens
swords, guns all weapons.

As for the streets riddled in blood.
Blood flows freely from sliced open bodies
As for where it went don't know
Broken bones followed by screams of pain

CHildren cry as they watched their parents fall to their deaths
The innocent fell tortured on the ground
For what the Glory of the kill?
That would be a no

Evil reigned in this town
soldiers came to free the town
The people were sad
the evil king dead

Yet the people are sad?

This is the first chapter of a story I have written about an 18 year old girl called Anna Lucia. It contains language which some may find offensive and is about 2000 words long. I'm really looking for help regarding the fact that its written in the form of a biography. Should I change this? And is the idea looking to be a good one, or should I just quit while I'm ahead? Comments of any kind are appreciated.
Thanks :)
